Breakfast this morning is sweet potato and chorizo hash with a fried egg using frylight. Was very happy when I found the hash in the freezer yesterday! The joys of batch cooking, you find yummy meals tucked away to be thawed out.

I hate this time of the month. I get paid on the 27th of every month, but due to Easter I was paid a little early. I feel like it’s been AGES since payday and I’ve got the DIY bug. All I want to do is shop for things for the house. However, it’s only the 3rd of April. I still have to endure just over 3 weeks until I’m paid again. Oh the humanity! I hate waiting.
