Women’s Day Breakfast

Women's Day Breakfast - Tea Loaf, Yogurt and Raspberries -

A very yummy and light breakfast of fruity honey tea loaf, full fat Greek yogurt and raspberries to celebrate International Women’s Day. I don’t want to ring my own bell, but ding ding – this tea loaf is so tasty. I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds so it was warm. Absolutely perfect. I tore off pieces, dipped it in the yogurt and topped with a raspberry. This could become addicting.

I am so busy and stressed today! Most people hate Monday’s because they tend to be stressful and busy due to the break from the weekend. I like Monday’s actually, it’s Tuesday’s that are crazy hectic for me. The countdown is on though because come Thursday afternoon I will be in full holiday mode!

We are off to Brean Sands on Friday afternoon for a short break. I cannot contain how excited I am to get away with my family and have some fun.
